JulieG Sunset Kiss

I’m turning into a JulieG fan girl. Gelato in Venice was amazing so I wanted to try another polish from the line. Sunset Kiss looked so gorgeous in the bottle I had to try it.

Sunset Kiss is a gorgeous cherry red metallic foil with amazing purple shimmer. It really does look like liquid metal. You know, if metal was red…

Anyway, the application was amazing. I used just 2 coats in my swatches. It reminds me quite a bit of OPI The Show Must Go On which has been long discontinued. They are not dupes but are similar.

If you haven’t tried JulieG polishes yet I highly recommend the line! The price is great ($4.99) and the quality is amazing. JulieG polishes are available at Rite Aid and can be found near the cq polishes (this is the display at the Rite Aid near me).

Below the jump there are more pictures of Sunset Kiss. For bottle and brush info check out my post on Gelato in Venice.

  1. I had this in my hand last night at my Rite Aide, but put it back thinking it probably would not cover well – looked kind of thin when I opened the bottle…now will go back and pick it up knowing you got this kind of coverage in 2 coats. Despite I have more than 100 reds, this one still is fetching and sure caught my eye.
