Milani – Dressmaker

Oh look! It’s the infamous Chanel Jade dupe! This was a part of Milani’s Haute Value Collection last Spring or Summer. I’ve had this for months but was in a very anti-minty green phase so I hadn’t worn it. After I had so much fun with the Milani 3D Holographic collection, I decided to get it out and try it.

The good: It’s gorgeous. It’s a very nice light jade green. The awesome: check out that shimmer! It’s so noticeable even my awful camera picked it up fairly easily. The Bad: it took about 4 coats to get this look and you can see it’s still a bit uneven.

Overall I’d give it a good rating because the good and awesome outweigh the  bad. I’m certainly glad to have it as a part of my ever growing collection.

I’m posting a bit out of order…I actually swatched China Glaze Sea Spray first (and showing you it’s last season dupe: L’Oreal High Tide) – but the state of my cuticles in that post are downright embarrassing – in between Sea Spray and putting on Dressmaker I used Sally Hansen’s Vitamin E Nail & Cuticle Oil. You might be saying… but gosh her cuticles don’t look all that great now – I know – but you’ll be amazed at the difference.

Happy Tuesday!
